"I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. After a collision, I arranged to bring my vehicle in on a Friday, get set up with a rental, and move the claim forward—a simple, reasonable plan. The problem is that the collision centers State Farm partners with don’t operate on weekends, and I don’t have availability during the week, so Friday was my one window.

Despite calling at 10:00 AM and specifically arranging to have the estimate completed by 5:00 PM, the collision center refused to do it. I spent the entire day going back and forth and got nowhere. What bothered me most wasn’t just the scheduling failure—it was the indifference. No urgency, no real effort to make it work for the customer.

I’ve decided to have my own collision contact submit the claim instead, and I’ll be moving on from State Farm. If you value your time and expect to be treated like the process matters, look elsewhere."
